Ferret

Great for all ages!

Ferrets are a type of weasel, so it’s no surprise that they have long skinny bodies allowing them to twist and bend when getting into tight places.  They love to eat small rodents in the wild. Native to Europe, these domesticated animals are quite entertaining.They love to steal and hide objects when given the chance.

Ferrets have oily skin and can be rather stinky. The smell is a good way of protecting themselves. Our ferrets are all de-scented, so they are much more tolerable to be around.

*Fun fact: ferrets sleep around 18 hours a day.
