Skinny Pig
These adorable little “pigs” are actually rodents. Although they look like mini hippos, skinny pigs are small enough to fit in your hand. Skinny pigs are good natured and safe for younger children to hold with supervision.
Because skinny pigs do not have much hair, they continually shiver to stay warm. These are not recommended for outdoor events when the weather is cool.
*Fun fact: skinny pigs are a genetically altered species, bred for testing skin medications. Don’t worry, no testing is being done to our little piggies!
